Yea i get how you feel. For me, sports is a great way to just escape all the chaos and confusion for all, especially ones that deal with upper body strength cuz its easier 2 release anger. For increasing your confident, just try not to worry about what others think, just be your true self. Church is also very very helpful for me. You can write down in a journal all the positive things about your day.

Excercise is a great way to relieve stress.
Don’t think about an upcoming stressful situation too much. We always imagine it worse than it will end up being.
Make a list of things you like about yourself.
Offer to help people when you can.
Along the same lines, do some volunteer work someplace.
If there is something you are afraid of (such as going to the dentist, for example), do it more often and you’ll be less stressed about it and more confident at the same time.
